We have drafted and reviewed employee handbooks and procedures, developed grievance procedures, and developed personnel and policy manuals for managers and supervisors, as well as provided training on handbooks and personnel procedures. Parnell Thompson also assists clients in structuring employee evaluation systems, promotion and transfer policies, development of affirmative action and minority vendor programs, implementation of drug testing procedures, and training and advising in the effective use of employee discharge and discipline procedures.
